It's been a week since I started to have no work at all in the office, today I am still feel sick about it. So, I spent my time searching for niche keywords.


I read the forum from Thaiseoboard.com and found this topic about how to find the niche keywords professionally, and these are the instruction they wrote in the forum:


1. Search the keywords (in mind) in Google Adwards Keyword Tools. Set the option & filter as US both at locations and languages columns.


2. See the amount of Global & Local Monthly Searches ([Exact] Match Type) of the searched keywords if it's high or low (lower is preferred). Also look at the Approximately CPC and try to choose the highest one.


3. In Google, search the amount of total webpage that has our keyword by using "kw". The amount should be less than 30,000-50,000 or as less as possible.


4. At the end of address bar, type start=990 to find the real amount of our competitors with our keyword. The amount of webpage should be less than 600-700 pages and the Google result page should be less than 60-70. 


5. Search the real amount of webpage that has our keyword in title by using intitle:"kw".  The amount should be less than 30,000.


6. Search the real amount of webpage that has our keyword in url by using inurl:"kw".  
The amount should be less than 30,000.


7. Search the real amount of webpage that has our keyword in title and url by using inurl:"kw" 
intitle:"kw". The amount should be as less as possible.


8. Choose the available domain name that has the keyword.


After reading, I tried and this is the result I've got:


1. Keyword = thailand national park


2. thailand national park
    Global Monthly Searches = 260 / Local Monthly Searches = 36 / Approx CPC = $4.64.


3. "thailand national park "
    Total amount of webpage shown in Google result = 908,000.


4. start=990
    The real amount of our competitors with this keyword = 34 result pages / 339 webpages.


5. intitle:"thailand national park"
    The real amount of webpage that has our keyword in title = 16,300.


6. inurl:"thailand national park"
    The real amount of webpage that has our keyword in url = 138,000.


7. inurl:"thailand national park" intitle:"thailand national park" 
    The real amount of webpage that has our keyword in title and url = 32,000.


8. www.thainationalparks.com


Is this the same way you search for niche keyword for your sites? I heard about some program that can analyze niche keywords to save time, it's called "Micro Niche finder". Have you ever heard or using it? If it's good, i'll purchase it for my FT work on the sites in the future - I plan to buy a host for my sites as well.

Still suffered from having nothing to do in the office. I can't take day off this month because I already took 2 days leave on 27th-28th, it's suck to be so free and impossible to take day off :(

Again, I spent the day reading ThaiSEOboard.com. I found the the hotel affiliate that offer a very high commission called R24.org (http://www.thaiseoboard.com/index.php/topic,159440.0.html). I think it's quite interesting and wanna try, but I am not sure if it can be done in WS or BP as they already have Agoda.

Haven;t add any page on the sites but promote the links in FB instead. Tomorrow will do.

Another boring day in the office again, really had nothing to do and could not do anything besides office work which I didn't have again. I've been like this for 2 days, 10.30 hours of each - such a waste of time :(

So, I spent most of my day reading Adsense topics on ThaiSEOboard.com . Many of them still couldn't get the account and many of them is already banned. Some of them are very interesting as they can earn more than $500 a day from less-than-one-year-old sites with high- click-rated keywords, and their total monthly earning is around $16,000. I wouldn't believe if I didn't see the video they posted on the topic. It is amazing! Moreover, they claimed that they have only few websites but they create the unique content and submit just a few per day - it's quite unbelievable but it is true. I am still wondering how they do that!

I also found someone posted the high-click-rated keywords on the site as well. I was shocked to see some of them costs $79 just per one click. It's really beyond my ability to believe!!

By the way, the links exchange I did yesterday was rejected by some sites. It's ok, I move on with others but still need to figure out how to do it faster.

I tried searching for keywords of BP and didn't find my sites on first 20 pages. I tried with the keywords of each page but still didn't find much - just a few and in the very 10+ pages. I know I've been away from sites update but it shouldn't be totally disappear, should it?

Adsense is still keeping down and down though I have added some new pages to the sites and promoted them on FB :(

If I have to move on to work on any new site, I'd prefer to start with TDL as right now Leslady is under construction. I think it's a good time to start working on TDL again.

Another boring day in the office, I really had nothing to do, just sat there and pretended to be busy when someone walked by my table. I couldn't do anything at all - so bored!!!

After work, I spent the night searching for top-google-ranked PTY related sites and exchange links / banner links with them. Mostly I added them on my sites first and then send e-mails asking them to link back. I could do just a few as I don't know (yet) how to work on this faster. Hope next day will improve and more smooth.

It's funny that nowadays I feel glad to see Adsense earns $3.00 - $4.00 a day despite it earned more in the past and I felt unexcited. Well, I know the reason why it doesn't earn more - maybe the promoting way of TT / BP / WS might comes to almost the end - have to find new way or better build new sites.

I am currently so distracted by a house I am trying to own, really put high hope on the bank. Actually, I don't wanna hope because I know how much it hurts when that hope fails but I can't help it, I am just  normal human. :(

It was totally boring at my FT job, nothing to do but sitting there wasting time with being unable to do any PT job. I feel like I waste 10 hours everyday at my FT job - BORING!

Today, I promoted the sites on FB, hope it will boost up the earning as yesterday was really low. Tomorrow I'll add more pages and review other sites.

 Worked on my hobby blog today, not finish yet but no much left.

Adsense is coming down today after earned quite well last night. At first I though of posting links on FB but the friend requests were not many so I didn't do it for all the sites. Maybe taking a break for day should be OK.

Will resume work on BTS site after started it for a very long time soon.

It's been 5 months since my last update on this blog and almost 7 months of "no update on the sites". Well, nothing much - just many things happened and I've just seemed to lack of enthusiasm to do anything.

Anyway, as I have goals and dreams to be made come true, I can't sit here and do nothing, can I? So, today I started working on the sites again and here's what I've added :

Time passes so fast. Today is the 1st anniversary of my TT site. Since the very first day of the TT site until now, I've built 174 pages, more than 100 TT studios listed on my site. At one thought, I feel so happy to run it for a year now and glad that it earned me $331.08 (average $1.61 a day) up to now, but at another thought, I feel a bit shit that one year passed, I only have only one site that totally built from scratch by myself.

I hope I can build other sites more and more soon, I'm thinking about taking it as major career seriously now. I just feel so bore and bore about my FT lately.

Haven't updated my blog for a while as I've been sick for the last few days - damn migraine! Actually, I've been under pressure and having stress with depression from many reasons; work, love, family, money, future, etc. I even had dreams about those things when I sleep in the last few nights. Those dreams remind me to think if I should go to see the psychologist again :( Well, no...I won't do that. I'll try to fix myself.

I really have no idea why Adsense keeps on down and downs since weekend. I feel it's quiet and quite difficult to earn well as the past days could so today I posted more links than normal, hope it will increase the earning more or less. I know it's up and down but I also know if I post more, it should help.

Still feeling bad about things but I know it's useless sitting here and do nothing. If I just sitting here with depression and moan about bad things, my dream will never become true. I have to work so if one day my dream can't come true, I won't be sorry that I haven't done it good enough. I wish to have my sites earn $1000 a month but how that can happen if I do nothing???!!! That's when I realize I should move my big fat ass to do all the works.

Adsense for the past week is quite satisfied, wish it could earn $10 a day when new sites are launched...but when??? Well, don't know but I will try to make it ASAP. Anyway, it's good that this month it can earn more than last month, though it will not reach $250, it's a good sign that I am not stepping on the same place...I'm slowly moving ahead.

I have been in a bad mood (because of my damn PMS) and bad situation (because of other people's problem) for the last few days, really have no willing to do anything even live a life. The worst thing is that my mom is staying with me until she will go to Sweden on July 8th, that's the real hell on earth :(

No accuses why all the sites don't have anything updated - just not in the mood. Wish my PMS will go away soon.

It's a shitty day in office, I did unprofessional mistake...damn me!

It's been the three days of doubts and happiness at the same time to me for Adsense. It makes me dream way too high from what I can do now. Though the situation seems back to normal now, I wish this month the total earning might be able to reach $250 finally.

The goal of TT to make $1 a day is already succeeded now so I set a new goal. I will try to make the earning reach $300 a month at the end of this year (actually I dream about $500 but I know you will say that's way too high if the amount of the site is not increased). Sigh! I really want the earning to reach $1000 continuously so I can have more choice whether I will do this full time. I really know I'm not good at sales and marketing - it's not my instinct.

Since there are lots of people asked me about price of TT they want, I'm thinking if I should set up a page that let them request for a quotation and appointment with all the studios they want and I am a middleman for it, then charge them for that. Do you think it's a good idea?

PS. From what I've been observing for the last few days, if BP and TT earned well, WS earned very less. On the other hand, if WS earned well, BP and TT earned less too. What a balance! I wish all of them earn well at the same time LOL

I was shocked on Sunday morning to see my BP site got almost 3,000 pageviews with more than $9 earning and even more freaking shocked this morning to see it earned more than $16 today with over 3,000 pageviews which made the total earning of yesterday become the highest earning I have ever had since I have been doing Adsense for 10 months.

Anyway, I've note been only glad but also doubting what happened. At first, I thought there might be some clickbomber attacks my site but then I thought positively that there might be some one posted BP on some webboard. I've just checked my Analytics, it shows that 4,111 visits of yesterday came from Sweden by direct traffic. That's really weird! If someone posted it on any webboard, it should be "referring site" not "direct traffic", isn't it? I might be so paranoid about it. Maybe I should stop reading Thai SEO webboard 'cause it makes me so worry about being banned and attacked by clickbombers so I get panic every time I see something strange in my Adsense :(

Since you advised me that the bot might visit my site, so I search Google and check if which bot visited my site....it's MSN bot actually.

Well! I'm relieved now :D

PS. I've just been told by a man who asked to exchange links of TT site with me that he's just tweeted TT to thousand of his followers - that's great! Maybe it's this guy who linked BP to somewhere as he told me he came across to my PTY websites before referring to TT :)

I was told to attend the meeting outside alone so I took the whole afternoon sitting sleepy at the boring meeting which really had nothing related to my company. It was a meeting week or something? I spent 3 days having meetings this week and another one is waiting on Monday. It's so freaking boring and sleepy.

My trip to Iran and Dubai on June 26th to July 3rd may be postponed as we still can't apply visa for Iran - so fucking complicated. It may be one or two weeks later than that so I my schedule will not be stable until mid of July. I might not be here any day up to my boss's final decision.

Adsense of yesterday was a bit higher than daily target but the least earning on the day before drags the average to be lower than $6.5. That will effect the total earning at the end of the month if it won't be higher on the rest days.

I wasn't feel well yesterday so I went to bed early and will do same tonight as I'm still feeling unwell. I added one more page on WS here :

Adsense dropped to $3 something yesterday which is the same as what happened on 16th last month. I know it happened because I didn't post much link yesterday and the rank in Google for BP has been down to page 6 and page 2 for TT. I will try to make the average to be NOT less than $6.5 otherwise the earning will not reach $200 at the end of the month. But I don't think it will anyway as I have to be out of town for a week :(

I need to skip my movie night again tomorrow to work on the sites more and I will need to work full time on Saturday on the sites as Sunday I'll go outside.
